Design Leadership and Contributions

Being part of the design team at BCBG allowed me to contribute to the high-profile, luxurious fashion industry while honing my skills as a Lead Web Designer. It was an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional design solutions that aligned with the brand's standards of excellence.

I had the privilege of serving as the point person to key stakeholders like the Chief Creative Director, Brand Director, and high-level marketing executives. This entrusted me with significant responsibilities, including:

  • Conceptualizing and executing designs for weekly online and email marketing campaigns, where I showcased my ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling assets that resonated with each brand's demographic.

  • Crafting web-page layouts and user interface mock-ups, combining my expertise in design principles and user experience to deliver seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.

  • Upholding consistency in digital solutions by meticulously following established style guides and templates, or actively contributing to their creation.

  • Designing for different brands under the BCBG umbrella, I played a vital role in developing a unified and consistent visual system for each one's online presence. This required a deep understanding of their respective aesthetics.

  • Effectively presenting design concepts and communicating with both marketing and IT teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment of creative vision with project objectives.

  • Successfully managing a fast-paced and high-demand workflow while leading a team of designers, demonstrating my ability to juggle multiple projects, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
